Well appointed large room, bright white European 'classic style' decor, good room facilities and a very welcoming and comfortable lobby/ bar. It is actually 2 connected buildings on slightly different levels but it never feels like a large hotel. The extremely helpful staff are a definite plus and one of the reasons i chose it. It is a social enterprise so most of the staff are University students learning about hospitality. They are without fail helpful and polite, going well above and beyond to help guest enjoy their stay so it is a charming experience to stay there. It may not be a slick and polished 5 star experience all the time but in my view this personal touch makes it even better because of that. At check in the girl on front desk escorted me all the way to the room and made sure that the aircon was working and everything ok. Hotel breakfast was excellent, simple but really well presented and high quality breads, egg station and fresh noodles in a nice bright room next to pool. Plenty of staff to clear plates and help carry your trays / coffee to your table. All in all my new favourite hotel in siem Reap. At thos price I can't think of a better option

Pool lovely-very cold/ refreshing temp!! Staff so friendly and happy to chat and recommend places to visit. Breakfast menu lovely-plenty of choice. Older hotel, but spotless, very comfortable and lovely atmosphere. 10 tuk tuk ride from Pub/ Market Street-so nice and quiet, even though it's off a main road. Spa currently not open but massages can be offered in your room. Safe and kettle in room

The room was great, very clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast started at 6 and had loads of delicious options for any taste. Staff was really friendly and helpful, and also had a surprise for us on our last day. Locations was perfect, quiet but with restaurants and a huge supermarket nearby. Best stay in our southeast Asia tour!

Quiet hotel with great A/C and a wonderful spa! Price was good for the area and quality of the hotel. Beds were pretty firm! About 15 minute walk to the Palace area. Many local and tourist restaurants nearby. The breakfast was pretty good.

The staff is very nice, always smiling, polite and attentive! The hotel is clean and services are great. The room is big enough and quite. Location is perfect. You can reach everywhere with 5 min tuk tuk ride. It exceeded my expectations.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location of Siem Reap. Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Restaurant food is excellent. Front of house manager "Sun" made my stay amazing, she is fantastic at her job and a credit to the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Clean, very friendly staff, nice gift shop, great breakfast w/Asian & Western offerings, including the BEST mangoes in the world…timely wake up calls, filtered water available in the rooms & lobby, great location…generous room/bathroom size, thirsty towels, interesting decor, beautiful pool, wonderful Massuese….what is not to love about this boutique hotel?

The location is good a long main road which is easy to find. Around the hotel there are plenty of food stalls and restaurants which you can enjoy the local and international food with reasonable price.
